What Everwise provides

Everwise provides educational, planning, analytical and automation-assistance features. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, credit bureau or credit repair organization, and it doesn't provide legal, tax or individualized investment advice.

No guaranteed outcomes

  • Everwise does not guarantee credit score improvement.
  • Everwise does not guarantee debt payoff results or timelines.
  • Everwise does not guarantee savings outcomes.
  • Everwise does not guarantee investment returns. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal.

Projections and simulations

Future projections, such as debt-free dates, savings milestones, Future You scenarios and what-if results, are estimates based on current information and assumptions (like steady income, spending and interest rates) that may change.

Investment simulations are illustrative. They use assumed rates of return and do not reflect actual performance, fees, taxes or market conditions.

Use at your own risk

You use Everwise and any information, projection or recommendation it provides at your own risk. Everwise is not responsible for any financial loss, missed payment, fee, credit impact or other outcome resulting from decisions you make, whether or not they were based on information from Everwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. See the Terms of Service for the full disclaimers and limitations of liability.

Your decisions

You're responsible for your financial decisions. Review recommendations before acting, especially for major decisions like taking on or refinancing debt, large purchases or investing. You may want to consult a qualified professional, such as a financial planner, tax professional or attorney, where appropriate.

We design Everwise to explain its reasoning and to ask for your confirmation before high-impact actions. This disclaimer doesn't replace that responsibility on our side.
